Davidstow

The name of a Dairy Crest owned creamery in Cornwall that has been making award-winning cheese for over 50 years. It is perched high on the Cornish moors and gives its name to a range of mature Cheddars which have a characteristic sweet nutty flavour. Davidstow is also home to the Cathedral City brand of Cheddar - the biggest brand in the UK.
