Fountains Gold

This cheese was produced by the Wensleydale Dairy in Hawes, North Yorkshire using Channel Island cow's milk (i.e. the milk from Jersey and Guernsey cow breeds). A semi-hard cheese with a soft cheddary style texture that just melts on the tongue.  Not currently being produced.
