Membership of the British Cheese Board is open to any producer of cheese in the UK. Our Members range in size from the very smallest to the very largest and in geographical terms cover most parts of Great Britain.
Members account for the majority of cheese made within the UK and between them produce more than 100 different types of cheese.
Associate Membership is open to any organisation involved in the cheese supply chain i.e. involved in supplying ingredients, packaging, packaging machinery or plant to cheese makers, or being involved in the marketing and selling of cheese in the UK.
Our collective aim is to educate the British population about cheese. and in particular cheese made by our members and to answer any questions that individuals or the media may have about this fantastic product.
