The British Cheese Board Ultimate Cheese Challenge

The British Cheese Board Ultimate Cheese Challenge
Test your cheese knowledge at the 2009 Nantwich International Cheese Show
If you think you can tell your British Brie from your British Camembert or your Stilton from your Blue Wensleydale then head to the British Cheese Board stand at the Nantwich International Cheese Show (28th & 29th July) and put your senses to the test with our Ultimate Cheese Challenge.
Using sight, smell and taste, participants will be asked to identify a selection of just some of the 700 named varieties of British cheese that our great nation has to offer. From the well known cheeses such as Red Leicester and Cheddar to the more unusual Cornish Yarg and Sussex Charmer, this is a challenge that would give any cheese expert a run for their money.
Those who correctly identify all of the featured cheeses will be entered into a prize draw to win a selection of delicious British cheeses to enjoy at home - there will be 10 up for grabs.
The British Cheese Board stand is a must visit and one of the most popular at the Nantwich International Cheese Show. Sampling a wide variety of British cheese from around the country, including Cheshire, Lancashire, Cornwall and Somerset, as well as a range of artisan cheeses, there are also lots of useful leaflets and recipe cards to take home - it is a cheese lovers paradise!
For those who can't make it down to this year's Show, the newly revamped British Cheese Board website, www.britishcheese.com, contains information and facts about British Cheese as well as some delicious and easy to make cheese recipes.
