LET'S TALK CHEESE
The BCB launches a new pilot Speaker Service for local interest groups in the North West
The British Cheese Board Speaker Service will provide local groups - such as your local Women's Institute, Scouts or Girl Guide groups - with the opportunity to request a local cheese expert to come and talk for up to an hour. Speakers will be local cheese producers or representatives from local cheese businesses who will be able to provide an insight into the following:
- How cheese is made
- The health benefits of cheese - one of nature's most complete foods
- An insight into the 700 named cheeses currently produced in the UK
- How to store and serve a variety of cheeses
- Recipes and suggestions for incorporating cheese into your meals
